We provide bookkeeping, BAS, payroll, business registration, financial strategy, tax and related services. The specific scope, deliverables and fees for your engagement will be set out in a separate engagement letter or proposal.
3. Fees and payment
Fees are as quoted in your engagement letter or proposal. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable within the terms stated on the invoice. We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts.
4. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, complete and timely information and records necessary for us to perform our services. You remain responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for meeting your own legal obligations.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any loss or damage arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service. Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot be excluded under Australian law.
6. Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential and handle it in accordance with our Privacy Policy and our professional obligations.
