Ash brings 15+ years of experience across Big Four audit, senior management accounting and financial control in healthcare, property, finance and professional services. Having held a Financial Controller role, she understands what end-to-end financial management looks like from the inside, not just the compliance side, but the reporting, the decisions and the clarity that lets a business grow with confidence.
